1. Information We Collect

When you purchase a personalized keepsake from our store, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

Additionally, to fulfill personalization requests, we collect the exact text you wish to have engraved and any image files you upload (photos, handwriting samples, drawings).

2. How We Use Uploaded Personalization Files

The images, handwriting, and text you provide are used exclusively for the manufacturing and engraving of your physical product. We understand that these files are deeply personal and sentimental.

  • We will never use your uploaded files for marketing purposes without your explicit, written consent.
  • Files are stored securely on encrypted servers.
  • We retain engraving files for 90 days after manufacturing to ensure any warranty claims or remakes can be processed seamlessly. After 90 days, the files are permanently deleted.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share your Order Information with trusted third parties to help us fulfill your orders and operate our business:

  • Our Store Platform: We use WooCommerce to power our secure online checkout.
  • Shipping Partners: We share your address and phone number with carriers (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) exclusively to deliver your order.
  • Payment Processors: We use secure providers like Stripe or PayPal. We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card numbers.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to respond to lawful requests for information.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use standard cookies and analytics tools (like Google Analytics 4) to understand how customers browse our site, so we can improve the shopping experience. These tools collect non-identifiable data such as pages visited and time spent on site.

5. Your Rights

If you are a resident of California (CCPA) or the European Union (GDPR), you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact form on our website.
