Delivery

Crafting times, US shipping rates, international, and how your gift arrives.

  • How much does US shipping cost and how fast is it?
    Standard Tracked is $9.99 and arrives in 3–5 business days, fully tracked and insured. Free on orders over $75.
  • How long does crafting take before my order ships?
    Every item is personalized and crafted to order. Our standard crafting time is 1–2 business days before your order is handed over to our shipping partners. During peak seasons (holidays, Father’s Day, etc.) this may extend by an additional 24 hours.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently ship primarily within the United States. For Canada, the UK, and Australia, expect a 7–14 business-day delivery window. International shipping starts at $19.95; customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
  • How is the package presented?
    All gifts are delivered in our premium, eco-friendly signature boxes. They arrive ready to be gifted, with no pricing information included in the package.

Returns & Exchanges

Our quality promise and how returns work for personalized vs. non-personalized items.

  • What is the quality promise?
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving error on our part, we will immediately replace it free of charge. You have 30 days from delivery to report a quality issue.
  • Can I return a personalized item?
    Because personalized items are crafted specifically for you with your unique text or imagery, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or customer typos. Please double-check your spelling before ordering.
  • Can I return a non-personalized item?
    If you purchased an item without personalization, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
  • How do I start a return?
    Have your order number ready and contact our support team via the contact form. We’ll guide you through the process step by step.

Warranty

What our 1-year hardware warranty and lifetime engraving guarantee cover.

  • What is covered by the 1-year functional warranty?
    All physical hardware — including necklace clasps, chains, and watch movements — is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a piece fails under normal use within this period, we repair or replace it at no cost.
  • Is the engraving itself guaranteed?
    Yes. We guarantee that laser-engraved text and images on metal items will remain legible for the lifetime of the product. If an engraving unexpectedly wears away under normal use, we will re-engrave or replace the piece. Surface scratches naturally occur on metal jewelry over time and do not constitute a defect in the engraving itself.
  • How do I make a warranty claim?
    Contact our support team with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of what happened.
